Bucataria ardeleneasca

Ciorba cu tarhon de pe Târnave, palinca cu miere de Lăpus, virsli (cabanosii fierti) de Hateg, supa de carne cu mere acrita cu agrise, sangeretele - nici nu mai stim de unde semnifica un singur lucru: bucataria ardeleneasca.
Situat la rascruce de drumuri si civilizatii, Ardealul reprezinta un leagan incontestabil de cultura est-europeana. Iar una dintre cele mai frumoase si notabile valente ale acestei prezente pe harta europeana este bucataria sa.

Nici supa de mere sau de visine cu smantana nu sunt cunoscute in alte zone ale Romaniei, iar ciorba de porc cu tarhon completeaza o paleta pe cat de colorata pe atat de gustoasa.

Prajitura ardeleneasca cu visine
Aluatul: 250 g faina, 140 g unt, 1 ou, 70 g zahar pudra, 3 linguri pesmet.
Crema: 5 oua, 210 g zahar, 110 g faina, 90 g unt topit.
Se prepara un aluat din ingredientele de mai sus, fara pesmet. Aluatul se pune intr-o tava unsa si se coace pe jumatate.
Se scoate din cuptor, se presara cu pesmet, se adauga visinele, curatate de samburi si amestecate cu zahar, dupa gust, si scortisoara. Peste ele, se toarna urmatoarea crema: se bat albusurile spuma ferma, se adauga zaharul, galbenusurile, untul topit si faina. Se intinde bine peste visine.
Se coace la foc potrivit inca 20-25 min.
